[asterisk-biz] cLEC and iLEC recommendation for PRI in UK

Thanks for the input. I am not sure what the guy from ukddi can do for us
but we are looking for cLEC or iLEC TDM PRI service. If not TDM, for SIP we
are still looking for cLEC or iLEC provider rather than a third party (again
due to stability reasons).
