  What, did the NDA state that you cannot discuss OVETEL in a public forum?
  Can't disclose conversations that don't include any proprietary company

  I think this is an opportunity not to hide behind an NDA but to address
  the future potential customer's frustration directly, as well as all of
  your future potential customers lurking on this list and in the Google
  archives, rather than hiding behind "Section 5."  They've complimented
  your product and are simply frustrated that they don't meet your minimums.
  I don't see how "Section 5" of the NDA should prevent this discussion,
  even if I agree that it's silly that Mr. Schwartzman is seemingly shocked
  to be turned down by VoIP companies looking to add higher volume customers
  who have lower overhead and lesser support needs.  It seems like good
  business sense to me.

  Why don't you post the NDA to the list so we can see what we might have to
  agree to to become OVETEL customers?  Being gagged sucks.
