1. If you read the message to which you replied, nobody said anything about
needing to be a native English speaker, least of all I.  In fact, I
specifically disavowed that idea.

 

2. Einstein's English (or his translator's) was a good bit better and
well-formed than... well, anyway.

I got suppliers in many places where communication could be an issue but not
a barrier. You don't need to be a native english speaker to be part of and
excel in today's global market place. Imagine what Einstein would have felt
like if he were told that he needed to be a native english speaker to write
his theories!
