> There are some conditions of us remitting payment. We will NOT work with anyone or company that does not have an accessible staff. In addition, we will only work with companies that have a genuine interest in acquiring our business. We attempted to work with Vitelity, but they didn't seem to be terribly interested in our business. We want for our provider to be as excited about us bringing our business just as we are excited about keeping our business limited to a set of carrier/s. This may seem unreasonable to some, but that is simply our culture; and if you do not agree, then don't apply.

James - I hope you don't mind a short comment. You set a very high
standard for your suppliers which is fine. You will accept no less than
a low price, high voice quality and
superior customer service. That is great. But you also should think of
your supplier. They are also in the business to make money. You write
about your business culture. Let me tell you about ours. We want our
suppliers to be profitable. That is very important to us, since we know
that a profitable company can afford to supply good service.

I don't understand how you expect a company to give you a low price (
$0.01 for your volume is very low) and at the same time make enough on
your $300 a month to give you the service you expect. Our philosophy is
to pay more, and at the same time charge higher prices. This method is a
"win win" for all involved. Our suppliers make money, we make money and
both of us can afford to give good service. At the same time our
customers do not mind paying more since they feel that they are getting
"their money's worth".

Try paying more - it works!
