Yeah, mostly internally though - for our ITSP platforms.

Basically we create a cluster of Asterisk machines which speak to each 
other via DUNDi.  If you call xxxx on any of the Asterisk servers and 
they don't have that peer locally they'll ask the others where the peer 
is and route accordingly.

We don't really use it for peering externally - think the GPA made that 
difficult.
