I'll leave others to post about the capabilities of your box, but on the wider issue of reliability, that's a very large number of calls to fail if your box dies or has hardware problems of any description. I'd have thought it more sensible to spread your call load over 2-4 servers - at least that way if one server dies, your others will have sufficient extra capacity to pick up the call load (especially in conjunction with an ISDN failover switch).
