[asterisk-biz] International DIDs

Are there any similar carriers in US who share revenue on incoming
calls ? I am looking for bulk DIDs from any rate center who can offer
us revenue on incoming calls. If not revenue sharing, at least a
discount on monthly DID pricing! We can order 10k DIDs with some
rampup.
