Actually, my client just pointed out that the rate is in fact 6p per minute weekday.

The rate you saw of 10p per minute are for people making use of the 0208 or 0800 access codes.
These access codes are for people using a mobile who can't use the regular short code.

Did you check their site? 6p is only in the weekend, normal weekdays are 
10p. Don't be fooled by customers who read only half the story :-)
