[asterisk-biz] Wholesale VoIP Origination

I know this is a little oxymoronic, but what do people feel is the best US
provider when it comes to service quality that also accepts internet routed
calls I've been using Vitelity for years but within the last month I've had
many service issues and they seem to happen too often. Some areas work
great, other areas aren't. Sometimes they have OpenSER errors, once in a
while a random drop, etc. I had switched from Vitelity from ViaTalk &
ViaTalk White when they had issues about 18 months ago. Now a days I'm
thinking I'll just become my own VoIP provider for my own purposes (ie,
calls to this areacode go to this provider, calls to another area go
elsewhere), but I still need suggestions of apples to compare to each
other. So anyways, the ones I'm currently using:

Vitelity
ViaTalk White
Junction Networks
VoicePulse (haven't used them yet, but plan to try)

I'm not too worried about rates -- I'd prefer to spend a little more to get
better service -- but I do hate the way VoicePulse charges a monthly fee per
outbound trunk. I have a single client that can sometimes get to 100
concurrent connections. Though the specific server I need these providers
for would likely max out (at least in the next 30 days) at around 20
concurrent calls.

Give me some suggestions. Providers that actually own their own routes are
preferred. I know plenty of companies are simply middle men when it comes
to VoIP Origination. Also, I guess I could ask if anyone has experience
with Level3's (Broadwing's) VoIP service. It would also be very easy for me
to get a cage at Level3 and route over a private network instead. Someone
give me some good ideas here.
