www.vicidial.com and asterisk for dialer and class 4/5 services
www.voipinvite.com for SIP termination

no problems for 2 years running :)

If you are looking at hosted call centre, I would recommend Invox -
http://www.invox.com

They have a call center app allowing agents to take call on IP,
landlines or even Skype. Comes integrated with Google Maps (callers
location), Whitepages and screenpops integrated with all CRMs - SF,
Sugar, Zoho and even databases. Runs on browser. I may be wrong but it
may be running off asterisk.
