Hi,
We offer a java based solution: http://www.doddlephone.com
It has a javascript API so that you can integrate with server side
programming (php, .NET , J2EE)
You can do click2talk, call me button, etc

Although it is not Flash based , it does the trick and you do not  need a
media server to transcode flash's protocol media/signaling packets
It is indeed SIP compliant, leading to seamless Asterisk / SIP server
integration
