[asterisk-biz] G.729 Transcoding on a Cell Processor (Peter Briffett)

The card is the Toshiba Spurs Engine from Leadtek (PxVC1100). Our software
platform is designed to work with PCI-X cards and scale up to full length
cell blades from IBM (allowing 1000's of channels of transcoding capacity).
We will also be developing other codec modules and signal processing
functionality that is compatible with the card.
