[asterisk-biz] A 90 second questionnaire on open source companies and their success factors

Hi,

This is the online version of my questionnaire.  A month back I sent the
questionnaire as a document but I did not get any responses. Therefore I
thought of making it an online survey since it's easy for the respondents.
Actually I got a lot of responses from other companies for this online
questionnaire. Since you do not want to click on the URL, I'm sending you
the questionnaire as a document instead.
