I ain't clicking on that link.  If someone else does, please let me know if legit, but as far as I am concerned, I ain't doing it.  I might be paranoid, but why would a simple url link to a web page questionnaire of a college student be so long and complex?

Dear Participant,

I'm a postgraduate student of University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, engaged in a research study for the partial fulfillment of MBA in IT program conducted by the university.

The survey is carried out in order to gather information for a study on open source companies and their success factors. I have sent a questionnaire previously with many questions on open source companies but I did not get enough responses maybe because the questionnaire was too long. Because of this reason, I have reduced the questionnaire to only five questions since I have to gather the information as soon as possible.
