features....we have all they do and more
(any specific ones u would trumpet ?)
versatility....custom programming
disaster recovery.....because of sip trunking and synched servers
longevity .... who would have thought nortel could go bankrupt ?
in house maintenance vs proprietary maintenance for moves, adds, and changes
(yes i know that sam houston state university went back to cisco call manager
because the guy in charge said at the time it was easier to find ccm techs
than asterisk techs, but now that certainly would be reversed, i think)
price
what else and are there any specific points within the general ones above
that you would add ?
