[asterisk-biz] License Issue with m-indya.com

[Stefan Wintermeyer]

Hi Guys,

does anybody on this list know the m-indya.com guys? They are using  
FDL stuff from http://www.the-asterisk-book.com without mentioning the  
licence nor the source. And of course they do not answer to our e-mails.
