[asterisk-biz] Callback or web call bridging service from Mexico to USA?

I have a friend who is going to be in Mexico for three weeks and she
needs to work using the phone from there. They have satellite Internet
which I think would cause problems with VOIP especially since I'm told
VOIP isn't necessarily easy to do in Mexico?

Are there callback services or any other way to get good quality and
reliable phone service to the USA from Mexico?

Also, since this is a rented place, I assume they need to pay their
own bill, so some kind of online service, possibly web-driven would
work?
