Yes, of course. But I think you greatly overestimate the willingness of
techies who don't see themselves as "businesspeople" and don't have an
entrepreneurial bent to go deal with this stuff when they could just get
a conventional job in their locale.
It is possible that my candidate may grow professionally to the point
where that would appeal, but at the present time, no.
Also, while the salary I'm offering is decent as prevailing salaries for
his level of experience and such go, it's not *that* great. I wish it were.
