[asterisk-biz] OT: Paying people in faraway (Western) places.

I can't afford a 40% premium.  No incentive whatsoever to hire him over 
a US-based employee at that point.

10%, we'll talk.  40%, can't do.  This guy isn't looking for the sorts 
of benefits or other megacorporate perks that such overhead would 
generally justify.
