Actually, the point being made here, as it has been made so many times
before, is that if you intend to offer services to, or request services
from, a primarily English-speaking group, it is in your best interest to
actually make an effort to use properly spelled words that are at least
close to what you intended to say. Not doing so causes most people to
assume the poster does not have enough respect for their time to bother
editing/reviewing/spell checking their post, and thus they choose not to
respond in a helpful manner as they don't have much respect for the
poster's needs and desires. This is true in any forum where you don't
speak the native language and want to interact in a business setting;
you must 'do as the natives do' if you want to have a chance to succeed
at all.

Combining that behavior with inappropriate/irrelevant responses to
mailing lists threads, as if every message on the list was a personal
request, doesn't help the situation.
