10 only that is why I need it that is where I got the original stuff

well I would prefer a flat data file because I want to verify every
npanxx in the list, even though some are obviously correct its safer in
my opinion to look everything up instead of just the ones you are unsure
of.  Although I guess I could cut that down dramatically by pulling out
all the unique rate centers and just looking those up using a result if
there is one or what is there if not.

But yeah at one point I hammered numberingplans.com to get some foreign
countries for that list, their app is poorly written so successive
queries kept taking longer and longer and it ended up being really slow.
So I would like to avoid using web based services that way.
