Dear Everyone my friends,

Thanks for you so many people talk about my questions, yes, I do sell
hardware like Voip phone, ATA, wifi sip phone, GSM/WIFI phone and so on.
About the sample, we take the policy like that charge sample first, if the
customer like it and when you place bulk order next time, then the sample
fee charged before will be returned to them, if the customer do not like it,
when they return the sample, we will also return their money of sample.
Do you think this way is good for our business.

Also, I have still a further question, many people in US request our
business with credit card, But I do not know whether we can go by credit
card with US customer or some other foreign customer outside China, I mean
not the problem of us and our cusotmer, but the bank of China and the bank
of US or any other country's. Yes, for sure, it can go in local China when
both parties are in China, but if one is in China and one is in US, can we
still go on the business with the credit card, as far as I know, we can only
do business with US or any other outside China customers by the payment
method of bank transfer or LC or DP, DA. do you have any other good payment
mothed?
or could you kindly advise whether we can go by credit card, anyone have
this exeperience? thank you very much my friends everyone.

Best regards
andy
