[asterisk-biz] Colocated Asterisk Server

There is typically no issue colocating a tower case providing you also 
lease a shelf, and take into account the extra half an RU used by it. 
Several datacentres actually have space allocated in a shelved or lab 
rack style configuration for tower colocation.
