[asterisk-biz] Billing solutions?

Since I've spent most of my career doing unix application support, I
don't believe I'll really need support regardless of the product (or
rather, if it's bad enough that I do need support.. I'll toss it and
move on to a better product, heh!)

The funny thing is, I've been supporting billing and CRM systems for a
major ILEC for 6 years now, yet I wouldn't even consider any of the
applications I've encountered.. too expensive, too inflexible, and
requires WAY too many customizations...

I did like some open source solutions I've seen, but there's so many
out there it's hard to choose.. guess I'll just have to take some time
to try a few out and decide which one works best. Thanks everyone for
