[asterisk-biz] Billing solutions?

Since we're already discussing solutions... anybody knows any good
billing solutions for a "standard" VoIP provider? (monthly service)

I've seen a lot of open source billing systems out there, some of them
look really nice, but they're mostly geared towards calling card usage
and it would probably take a lot of effort to convert them to my needs.

Open source or not - if it's good please do suggest it. :)
