[asterisk-biz] IAX Channels limit on Asterisk 1.4.17

Thanks for the comments, however the tech issues are under the control
of our engineering team and Digium's ever-vigilant developers (aka
Russell Bryant & Co.).

I was simply asking whether any other service provider had found a
workaround for the issue. To ask a tech question on a biz list is simply
not kosha / Halal / Vegan or whatever.

BTW - to use the term "Telco Grade Asterisk" is possibly premature.

Thanks

Craig Lawrence

Trixter,

Thanks for explaining these IAX issues so clearly. I had been tending to
lean towards using IAX, but what you are saying makes perfect sense.

Bob
