To me the quality of festival voices are not enough to use in a
professional environment.
Also cepstral voices are not enough out of the box, but they are the
best available with Asterisk as far as know.
They are intelligible, but not much natural.
A part from this, the difference between the engines could be in how
well they scale under load.
