How does the connection between TTS engine and Asterisk work?
Do you sell something more professional? Or it's just a matter to put
Swift("read my text") in the dialplan?
I would like to have the text dynamic by the way and not hardcoded in
the dialplan.

I was using this module with asterisk now and demo version of cepstral:

but from what I've understood, cepstral needs to be installed on the
same box as asterisk. To me this could easily lead to performance
problems as the number of cuncurrent TTS accesses grow.
I know that Asterisk does not support MRCP

and this a shame because MRCP is standard de facto among professional
TTS engines such as loquendo or realspeak.
