Has anyone here tried ordering them from China or Hong Kong? I've seen
price offers as low as $20/unit.. but I have no idea which (and if)
companies are reputable. Would hate paying for 100 units only to find
out the company to "disappeared".

Any other good (read: cheap) methods of getting PAP2's in bulk around
the $20-30 price-point?
