Be advised that if you are doing this in some jurisdictions that you
may have to register with the authorities, many states in america for
example require calling card providers to be registered with the state
PUC, some may require different registrations elsewhere (either
instead or in addition).  Technically any calling card platform
whether or not a real card exists require this in some places, and it
only takes one person to get uppity over it to ruin your day.
