First thing is to make sure terms of service allow you to resell it. If
your provider suspects that your customers are caching data, he could

People from my local ILEC have told me that they are only allowed to
cache for 24 hours and they say that is the typical restriction on
CLEC's and ILEC's. They tell me that they have to pass such restrictions
on to their customers. Somebody on this list with direct experience care
to comment on that?
