If anyone's interested in some cheap colocation in Atlanta, I've got a few 
slots in a cabinet at a nice colo facility (a CLEC) I'm looking to sell 
off.  $40/mo for a 1U server, power included.  Can accommodate 2U as well. 
Overall bandwidth from the cabinet must stay under a T1 in both directions 
(95th percentile), but it's very low and you're unlikely to make a dent 
with most apps.  If you are wanting high bandwidth applications, might be 
another $60/T1 or so, we'll talk, no problem.

Data center is operated by a facilities-based CLEC with extensive 
build-out;  redundant generator power, and triple-homed with GigE
links to Savvis, XO and Global Crossing (soon to be quadruple-homed
with OC12 to Level3).  The environment is adjacent to a brick
CO annex.

Channelised fiber back to telX also available, but will need probably
a cabinet or two of retail volume to justify that for the provider.

No twenty-four hour independent access to this data center - you'll have 
to go through me (I've got 24 hour access).  But, hey, $40/mo.  If
