Thank you for your level-headed response. I agree 100% that more 
performance metrics are what Asterisk needs right now. To bring the 
conversation full circle I've now read Jim Dalton's report right 
through, and would like to congratulate him on a most useful and 
professional piece of work in furthering this cause.
