To verify a transaction with MasterCard or Visa, you must contact the issuing bank (the bank that issued the card to the card holder).  You can get the bank contact information from the back of the card.  One of the reasons why we ask for a copy of the back of the card, instead of having the customer potentially send us bogus issuing bank contact information.
