[asterisk-biz] Need DID that can dial a number and send DTMF

I'm looking for DID, possibly toll-free, that can be called, dial a
phone number in PA, send DTMF  upon answer. Trivial stuff with
asterisk, but my pbx is not in the US so the lag time (for two legs)
is not practical.

In other words, a person calls NNN NNNNNNN they are connected to the
PA number and the required tones are already entered.
