No idea - IANAL. Nor are the authors of iaxclient, I expect - it's up
to them what they want to do about it, though.

The LGPL doesn't require the end product to be open source, but it
does require as a minimum a declaration that portions of the binary
distribution of the product are covered by the LGPL, Since these
people are providing copies of their source code with no inidcation
what the license is, I'm sure there are other things they're
contravening as well....
