Your hardware, phones are sip/ channelbank/ FXS/FXO/mixed? 
What channelbank if? What vendor of E1/T1, what version of 
Asterisk/Zaptel? Version of Linux kernel? Typical usage 
scheme (use of native ZAP functions or dial-plan based?)?
