[asterisk-biz] Mexican 800 numbers?

Please excuse the duplication, but mainly out of desparation, I am
reposting this query that I sent out a week ago.

I did receive a small number of responses, but it turns out none of them
could actually deliver what I am requesting.  So, here it is again.

Does anyone know of a source for Mexican 800 (toll-free) numbers?  My goal
is to terminate the Mexican 800 number to either a SIP device or a US PSTN
line.
