[asterisk-biz] Help me choose a canned Asterisk solution

If someone would ask you for an affordable Asterisk canned (aka nice GUI)
solution for 5-10 Agents. What other alternatives would you suggest, along
with
Trixbox?

The features I need:
- Calls recording (administrative and on agent demand)
- Calls monitoring (by supervisor)
- ACD/IVR menu

Druid does not apply as it does not apply calls recording, so which else?
