For what it's worth, I have found Ming at Voiceroute to be very responsive
to questions and I feel he does care about his customers.

Voiceroute looks neat.  Unfortunately, there are numerous typos on the site,
which make the company a huge turn-off.  If the company doesn't care enough
to check for typing corrections, why do I think they'll care about the
customer base?
