[asterisk-biz] ITSP Vendor Required - RFI

I have a new client who is looking for an ITSP vendor in the USA to
provide some conferencing services.

 

Please contact me with your details if you believe you can provide the
following services.

 

 

 

 

1.	Unknown number of minutes to outbound calls to some USA landline
but primarily USA mobile numbers (there will be no inbound calls).
	Price per 6 second increments. 
	On sliding scale provide pricing based on volume of minutes per
month (can be per quarter if you prefer) fixed for a 12 month in advance
period.
	Must provide a SLA on guaranteed connection time (connection
time is of the essence).
	Must provide guaranteed minimum number of ports.
	
	
	
2.	Outbound calls will be initiated via a web api.
	API to provide - call initiation, call teardown, call time, max
call length. 
	Would also like some management feedback around current number
of calls, current number of conference calls.
	
	
	
3.	All calls will be placed into conference rooms.
	eg. API sends request for 3 outbound calls to mobile number
212-203-4357, 212-282-9874 and 209-547-8410
	     These 3 outbound calls are now placed into a conference
room where they can all talk to each other.
	     Call completion is finalised when all 3 parties hangup or
when API initiates teardown.
	
	    API sends out a seconds request with 7 phone numbers, these
calls are place into conference room number 2. etc etc.
	
	Calls continue to be requested until max number of ports or
conference rooms as per SLA is reached.
	
	
	
4.	A 15 second audio file will be played at the start of each
conference call.
	Audio file will be delivered via API to your server though wont
change per call eg. A file may be played 1500 times before being swapped
out.

 

 

 

 

This is a well funded project looking to select partners before 15th of
Jan, design and agree on API before 1st Feb, test phase 14th-21st of
Feb.

Revision

Go live date 1st of March.

ports etc as above, examples of existing client applications that maybe
relevant and some commercial bona fides (eg who are you, how long in
business etc).
