Price per 6 second increments. <br>
On sliding scale provide pricing based on volume of minutes per month (can
be per quarter if you prefer) fixed for a 12 month in advance period.<br>
Must provide a <st1:place w:st="on">SLA</st1:place> on guaranteed
connection time (connection time is of the essence).<br>
Must provide guaranteed minimum number of ports.<br>

initiated via a web api.<br>

conference rooms.<br>
eg. API sends request for 3 outbound calls to mobile number 212-203-4357,
212-282-9874 and 209-547-8410<br>
These 3 outbound calls are now placed into a
conference room where they can all talk to each other.<br>
Call completion is finalised when all 3 parties
hangup or when API initiates teardown.<br>

API sends out a seconds request with 7 phone numbers,
these calls are place into conference room number 2. etc etc.<br>
<br>
Calls continue to be requested until max number of ports or conference
rooms as per <st1:place w:st="on">SLA</st1:place> is reached.<br>
