[asterisk-biz] International DID providers with APIs

We had many an issue with DIDx, so we moved to Voxbone and have been quite
pleased ever since. The only issue is that their API is not the world's
best-documented creation; however, their API creator is quick to answer any
questions you might have concerning its functionality. Their service is quick
to respond to issues. Their pricing is not the cheapest, but it scales on
volume (and you can pay monthly fees to get the volume pricing for different
tiers).

The only real problem we have with them is their lack of any real coverage for
East Asia. They have Tokyo, Japan. They used to have Singapore, but that
vanished a while ago. Nothing in China/Hong Kong. Nothing in Korea (not
surprising given the Korean regs).
