[asterisk-biz] International DID providers with APIs

I'm looking for DID providers that offer:

     * An API
     * Immediate activation (or at least some numbers are immediately
       activated)
     * Have good tech support (either via email, IM or phone)
     * Have good prices, and can negotiate on volume

I've found two thus far:

     DID World Wide (didww.com)
         * Their API works, though it has minimal functionality, but the
           last test I made their mapping API call failed.  They added some
           functionality to their API when I requested it, which was very
           nice.
         * Customer support is good when you get it, but not consistently
           speedy.  No phone support at all (or I can't find them or their
           hours aren't posted), even though they have a phone number.
         * DIDs are immediately provisioned, work well, and good quality.
         * Pricing is pretty good, but I can only buy DIDs with inbound
           minutes included, rather than pay a low price per minute and a
           lower per month fee per DID.

     DIDx (didx.net)
         * They have an API;
         * haven't had to deal with their customer service yet
         * must spend $20/month just to be part of DIDx until I hit 20+ DIDs
         * Have heard rumors that Calls routed to the seller, then to DIDx,
           then to me.
         * Rehan/Linda can be confusing at times, though I don't think that
           affects their service quality.
         * Pricing seems ok, but very inconsistent due to multiple sellers

What other providers are out there that offer competitive pricing, quality,
service and connectivity?

Are there any points I'm wrong about above?

Any warm recommendations or cold reviews?
