[asterisk-biz] Used Digium or Sangoma Quad T1/E1 Card(s)

Digium and Sangoma have detailed specs on their respective sites,
application would be to connect to the PSTN voice or data. I am pretty
sure Sangoma is in Canada and Digium in the USA so I am not sure why
anyone would want a supplier in China, unless they were located there or
are looking for cheap knock-offs and sub-par support.

Thanks,
Steve
