To be precise here.  I get frequent calls from Cellular Phones in our 
house (Miami).  Our POTS line is from BellSouth and the callers are from 
Cingular, T-Mobile, MetroPCS.  I get Caller Name on all of those calls.  
I can't comment about what happens in other areas of the country though.
