How many G729 licenses are you rolling into it? 

I assume it will have an upper limit around 200?  

Do these come with the PCI card as it will be doing the transcoding or
will it use the licenses already loaded to the server.

Basically this card will take the load from the CPU on any transcoding
(since its more efficient on doing this on DSP)

   Any other features that we should offload CPU?
Would you prefer PCI or PCI Exp ?
