That not what i meant..

But as it goes.. 90% of all cable,tellco etc companies want you to have ach
on file or bank preauth for that reason...

The contract should/could/probably say.. 

In case of you owe me , I can get my DUE part.. not extra fees..

Also when you put card on file it "SHOULD" say.. something relevant to it..

Man.. you owe me 60$ and I see you open another account to bypass ? WTHell
am I gonna do ...


Either close all accounts till resolved or pick from account #2.. 

I would just make sure 1 account per user/ip/email/geo/name/sex/brain to be
sure


But that's a big regex to do ;)


Point is you don't want to be billed you non card payments..

So you think you got preauth on a merged account for electricity and you
don't pay your lake camp bill but pay your home one.. they cant take it out
?

Or.. im wrong ?
