Plainvoip, an Ezzi Telecom, Inc Company, has proven they care about their
customers.  Recent surveys revealed a number of Plainvoip users were
manually loading company rates in order to compare with those of
competitors.  Plainvoip prides itself on being proactive in the development
of solutions to customer concerns.  A new API has been developed, which will
allow for automatic rate loading directly from the Plainvoip database.  This
is another excellent example of what this company is all about.
