[asterisk-biz] canada dids offer

Frank / Sergey,

Sorry for the confusion.
We're actually looking for DIDs to resell to end users.  We have
Asterisk and PRI's in Vancouver.  We can even trade Vancouver DID's
for Toronto ones.

Like what "router" was requesting in the last message, we'd like
quotes for incoming DID's in blocks of 10 or 20DID's.
